The retro market is flooded with reproduction carts and fake seals. Every single cartridge that enters our lockup gets opened with a Gamebit driver. If the PCB traces or Nintendo seals don't perfectly match the archival database, it goes straight in the bin.
Our refurb floor isn't a marketing line — it's a literal three-bench room in the Camden lockup. We open every system, swap any swollen cap, re-paste the heatsink, and burn it in for a day before tagging it for sale.
