Sales terms.
Plain-English sales terms for supagamesofficial.uk, drafted against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Updated 3 June 2026.
1. Who you're buying from
The seller on this site is Supa Games Trading Ltd, trading as Supa Games, registered in England & Wales (Companies House 15487102), VAT-registered under GB445 1290 03, registered office: Vault 3, 26 Inverness Street, London NW1 7HJ. Email: [email protected]. Phone: +44 20 4538 1196.
2. Forming the contract
A binding contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email (not when you place the order). Until that email, either party may withdraw without penalty. Underage or unidentified buyers — we reserve the right to cancel and refund before despatch.
Prices on the site include UK VAT at 20 %. Postage is calculated at checkout: free Royal Mail Tracked 24 over £60, otherwise £4.95 flat.
3. Pricing & price errors
We anchor prices against the last six weeks of actual sale comparisons, not RRPs. In the event of an obvious price error (typo, decimal point) we'll contact you before despatch and either correct it or cancel the order with a full refund. We will never substitute an item for a "similar" one without your explicit OK.
4. Stock & substitution
Where stock is shown as "one copy" or "single piece", the count is accurate at page load — the back-end decrements the moment an order locks in. If two orders lock in within the same second on a single-piece line, the first to clear payment wins; the second gets a full refund inside two hours.
5. Delivery
UK orders ship Royal Mail Tracked 24 unless you select a different service at checkout. Same-day handover before 16:00 GMT for orders locked in before 15:30. Tracking codes go out by email within the hour of the Royal Mail collection.
International orders — Europe via Royal Mail International Tracked, rest of world via DHL Express. EU orders ship DDU (you may owe local VAT on delivery); we use the IOSS scheme on items under €150 where eligible.
6. Returns & refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day the box lands. We extend this to even opened games and benched consoles — return them in any condition, we refund inside 5 working days of receipt. Refurb consoles carry a separate 12-month rig-fault warranty: if the system fails on you inside the year and the fault is rig-side (not user damage), we cover the post both ways and either fix it in Camden or swap.
7. Faulty or mis-described goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a right to reject faulty or mis-described goods within 30 days for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair/replacement. We accept liability without quibble — email [email protected] with a photo and your order code and we'll route a pre-paid return label inside the hour.
8. Limitations of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise, our total liability per order is capped at the order total.
9. Disputes & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — last revision was 3 June 2026. Material changes go to all newsletter subscribers; older versions stay on file for seven years and can be requested by email.
