UK shipping
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is the default for every UK order. Free over £60; otherwise £4.95 flat. Orders locked in before 15:30 GMT are walked to Royal Mail by 16:00 the same working day. Tracking code arrives by email within the hour of handover.
Saturday delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout (+£3.95). Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 PM is available for orders containing console refurbs over £200 — auto-selected at checkout.
EU shipping
Royal Mail International Tracked, 4–8 working days. Orders under €150 ship under the IOSS scheme (we collect EU VAT at checkout — no customs charge on delivery). Larger orders go DDU — you may owe import VAT and a small handler's fee on delivery. We declare the full sale value on the customs form — undeclared items are illegal.
Rest of world
DHL Express only — 3–6 working days to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE. Price calculated at checkout based on weight. Local duties and taxes are payable on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
Packaging
Brown-paper-wrapped, plastic-free where physically possible (we use 100 % recycled bubble-wrap on fragile refurb consoles — no biodegradable alternative is robust enough yet). Despatch note hand-written by whoever packs the order, signed and dated.
Tracking & lost parcels
Every order gets a tracking code by email. If the tracker shows "delivered" but the box isn't with you, please check with neighbours and your safe place first, then email [email protected] with your order code. We open a Royal Mail loss claim if it's been missing for over 10 working days and either re-ship from the vault or refund in full.
Collection from the lockup
Free collection from the Camden lockup if you're nearby — select "Collect from Vault 03" at checkout. We'll email a 4-character pickup code that we scan at the door. Hours Tue–Sat 11–19, Sun 12–17.
